4. Listings & Transactions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and fulfillment. Buyers are responsible for verifying product details before placing orders or RFQs. AfriSellers is not a party to contracts between buyers and sellers unless expressly stated.

5. Payments & Fees

Any membership fees, advertising fees, or transaction-related charges are subject to the pricing and payment terms shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled according to our applicable policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the platform, post illegal or fraudulent content, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to interfere with platform security or operations.

7. Intellectual Property

AfriSellers branding, content, and software remain the property of AfriSellers or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse platform materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriSellers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
