1. Overview At Afrisellers.com, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to facilitate the process.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (such as personal care items).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

4. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@afrisellers.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable) in your email.
  3. Once you receive the RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.
