1. Trade Safely

Verify company details, product specifications, and payment terms before you commit to a transaction. Use AfriSellers messaging and documented RFQs whenever possible.

2. Account Security

Use a strong unique password and never share your login details. Sign out on shared devices and report suspicious activity immediately.

3. Fraud Awareness

Be cautious of requests to pay outside the platform, unusually low prices, or pressure to act immediately. AfriSellers will never ask for your password.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Do not list illegal goods, counterfeit products, or misleading offers. Harassment, impersonation, and attempts to bypass platform protections are not allowed.

5. Reporting Issues

If you encounter a suspicious listing, message, or user, report it to AfriSellers support so we can review and take action.
